HUFFLEPUFF { wear }

This started as a sort of RP journal, but thanks to an abusive university workload and this awful sort of crippling guilt that I tend to feel after RPing for a while, I've more or less stopped roleplaying and have turned instead to writing fanfiction.

Actually, it's probably more appropriate to say that I've turned to reading fanfiction, as I've basically just used this journal to read the wonderful stories (and view the wonderful art!) posted in the communities I've joined. I do a bit of writing now and then, normally on long weekends or holidays, but I'm essentially a lurker at heart.

Being an enormous lurker, I'm not sure how much I have to contribute to any fandom, but when I'm around, I love popping in on conversations ranging from the extremely silly to the exceptionally serious. I'm friendly, I swear; just please pardon my mouth. :D

When I DO write, I tend to do so with the intent of striking up conversation of some kind. Mea culpa in advance if I come off like a comment whore; I know I'll often seem that way, but if I appear to be pressing for replies, I'm probably just out to discuss something, and I'd rather do so in the context of a story than in the context of, "Hey! Let's talk about [whatever have you]!"

And... well, yeah. Hope to see you all around the fandom!

(Oh. Just to be clear... we should have no content worries. Much to the aggravation of my already heightened sense of mortality, the next time I blow out candles, I'll be celebrating [or not] the first anniversary of my nineteenth birthday. So, there's your age statement.)
